Introduction：
Among the 10 coffee estates, Chang Coffee Co. has the lowest altitude. “Chang Coffee Co.” has two origins. The first reason refers to the Chinese surname Chang. The second origin refers to the fact that the estate is located in a low-altitude area with “long sunshine hours".
Because of the longer hours of sunshine, Chang Coffee Co. does not use drying machines during the post-processing stage. Instead, they rely on natural sunlight to dry and refine the coffee beans, which results in a more robust aroma during the refining process. Compared to other coffee estates, the coffee flowers in this estate are full of more vibrant and fragrant. In addition, the person in charge of Chang Coffee Co. has their own strict standards for coffee roasting. They believe that the key to the best taste lies in adjusting the temperature and time during the roasting process. As a result, the couple responsible for roasting at the estate will divide 2 liters of coffee into three equal parts every day, and taste-test the roasted batches repeatedly until the final product meets their high-quality standards.

Introduction：
92 Cafe was designated as the designated coffee for the 2019 and 2020 Taiwan Presidential Palace State Banquets. In addition, it also operates its own coffee shop in the estate, showing the charm of Taiwanese specialty coffee to tourists. Not only that, 92 Cafe also uses organic fertilizers that have passed the SGS pesticide residue test, which is a guarantee of safety and security.
In 2015, it won the high score of SCAA (Specialty Coffee Association of America) CQI 86.08 (No. 1 in Asia).

Introduction：
Sen-Yue High Pk. is the highest-altitude coffee plantation among ten coffee plantations. Originally, the couple who owned the plantation had no prior experience in coffee and worked in unrelated area. In 2014, they purchased the indigenous reserve land in Wushe Township, Nantou County from their Atayal friends and began operating the coffee plantation. The couple values the integration of life and natural ecology and plant coffee trees while preserving the original forest and without damaging the natural environment. The coffee fruit that grows at higher elevation in harsh natural conditions is not only productive but also rich in flavor. Growing in the forest, the coffee fruit is exposed to a diversity of seasonal plants that bring different flavors. Many people have praised the coffee, saying that "one sip of coffee can make you feel the fragrance of blooming flowers, the freshness of the air, and the aroma of the whole forest."

They are also involved in various charity activities, using environmentally friendly and high-tech methods to grow coffee, which has earned TGC a good reputation for owners to give back to the community by holding coffee tasting classes. These courses allow young adult who are interested to learn correct coffee knowledge, hoping to introduce the good taste of Taiwan specialty coffee to more people.

Introduction：
Goodfun Coffee Farm is located in the Mount Shibi of Gu-Keng, Yunlin, Taiwan, at an altitude of 1300 meters. The entire estate uses organic fertilizers that implements friendly and environmentally conscious farming practices, providing consumers with a safe and secure coffee choice while pursuing flavor. During 2019-2020 of production period, the first Semi washed method and Dry Process refining methods were used in this estate, which has earned the 2020 Yunlin County Domestic Bean Appraisal Special Award.

After the 921 Earthquake in 1999, Songyue became a leading icon in the country's coffee industry. In 2020, it received the world's highest score of 89.25 in the CQI evaluation. The owners of the coffee estate uphold the spirit of "From Seed to Cup," where all processes from planting, cultivation, harvesting to brewing are managed by three CQI Q GRADER certified experts for quality control. Rather than settling for high praise, Songyue strives to continuously improve the quality of its coffee.

The main coffee variety grown at Alishan Ching Ye Coffee Estate is SL34, which thrives in a highly diverse natural environment. The owner of the estate specialized in agricultural during his university years and used his experience in tea-making to successfully cultivate and produce coffee. The quality of the coffee produced is exceptional, evident by the impressive results obtained in the first competition entered using three different refining methods. Visitors to the estate can immediately experience the owner's passion for coffee cultivation and roasting through the delicate yet rich flavor of the coffee.

Introduction：
The estate owner is the fifth generation owner of a tea estate that has been passed down through the family. Due to his father's health condition, the estate owner began growing coffee alongside the tea crops. Drawing inspiration from the tea-making process, he converted the drying machines used for tea into low-temperature drying machines for coffee, ensuring that the weather does not affect the quality of the coffee. The estate also operates a camping site and café, which are popular tourist attractions in Taiwan. Visitors can participate in coffee roasting activities and DIY coffee drip bag making, and they will realize the charm of Taiwanese coffee. The estate owner describes the flavor of SL-34 grown on the estate as "rich in flavors of berries, plums, hibiscus, or blackberries".

Introduction：
The owner of Zouzhouyuan is a young member of the Tsou tribe, one of Taiwan‘s indigenous peoples, and also a certified Q-grader by the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA). The coffee beans from his plantation has received high praise every year and have won the Shennong Award which is the highest agricultural award in Taiwan. The owner also won numerous accolades in various competitions across Asia. In recent years, Fang Zheng-lun has started coaching young people who have left their hometown to return and learn coffee cultivation, with the aim of using coffee from the Mount Ali to gradually introduce Taiwan to the world stage.

Zhuo-Wu CAF'E uses pesticide-free and non-toxic natural methods to cultivate coffee. In order to pursue a more ambitious goal, the owner of the coffee estate inspected all the projects and finally used a special way called "Wild creek washed process". Use the wild creek force below 10 degrees to rub the coffee beans against the coffee beans until the fermented coffee beans have a beautiful luster and a special sweetness.
