Introduction：
Among the 10 coffee estates, Chang Coffee Co. has the lowest altitude. “Chang Coffee Co.” has two origins. The first reason refers to the Chinese surname Chang. The second origin refers to the fact that the estate is located in a low-altitude area with “long sunshine hours".
Because of the longer hours of sunshine, Chang Coffee Co. does not use drying machines during the post-processing stage. Instead, they rely on natural sunlight to dry and refine the coffee beans, which results in a more robust aroma during the refining process. Compared to other coffee estates, the coffee flowers in this estate are full of more vibrant and fragrant. In addition, the person in charge of Chang Coffee Co. has their own strict standards for coffee roasting. They believe that the key to the best taste lies in adjusting the temperature and time during the roasting process. As a result, the couple responsible for roasting at the estate will divide 2 liters of coffee into three equal parts every day, and taste-test the roasted batches repeatedly until the final product meets their high-quality standards.

「Coffee designated for Taiwan's Presidential Banquet.」
Introduction：
92 Cafe was designated as the designated coffee for the 2019 and 2020 Taiwan Presidential Palace State Banquets. In addition, it also operates its own coffee shop in the estate, showing the charm of Taiwanese specialty coffee to tourists. Not only that, 92 Cafe also uses organic fertilizers that have passed the SGS pesticide residue test, which is a guarantee of safety and security.
In 2015, it won the high score of SCAA (Specialty Coffee Association of America) CQI 86.08 (No. 1 in Asia).

Introduction：
Sen-Yue High Pk. is the highest-altitude coffee plantation among ten coffee plantations. Originally, the couple who owned the plantation had no prior experience in coffee and worked in unrelated area. In 2014, they purchased the indigenous reserve land in Wushe Township, Nantou County from their Atayal friends and began operating the coffee plantation. The couple values the integration of life and natural ecology and plant coffee trees while preserving the original forest and without damaging the natural environment. The coffee fruit that grows at higher elevation in harsh natural conditions is not only productive but also rich in flavor. Growing in the forest, the coffee fruit is exposed to a diversity of seasonal plants that bring different flavors. Many people have praised the coffee, saying that "one sip of coffee can make you feel the fragrance of blooming flowers, the freshness of the air, and the aroma of the whole forest."

Introduction：
In order to realize the concept of “promoting high-quality coffee in Taiwan”, the owner of the estate and his wife are committed to promoting Gukeng coffee as part of the government‘s local specialty promotion plan. They are also involved in various charity activities, using environmentally friendly and high-tech methods to grow coffee, which has earned TGC a good reputation for owners to give back to the community by holding coffee tasting classes. These courses allow young adult who are interested to learn correct coffee knowledge, hoping to introduce the good taste of Taiwan specialty coffee to more people.

古峰咖啡(Goodfun Coffee Farm)
「A good friend of nature and pesticide-free coffee.」
Introduction：
Goodfun Coffee Farm is located in the Mount Shibi of Gu-Keng, Yunlin, Taiwan, at an altitude of 1300 meters. The entire estate uses organic fertilizers that implements friendly and environmentally conscious farming practices, providing consumers with a safe and secure coffee choice while pursuing flavor. During 2019-2020 of production period, the first Semi washed method and Dry Process refining methods were used in this estate, which has earned the 2020 Yunlin County Domestic Bean Appraisal Special Award.
